Every page and feature written down in plain English: what the site will do, what it will not, and what it costs. With it comes a plain list of the customer details your site will hold and who can see them.

Stop 3 · The first week
You see a real design of your own home page in the first week. We settle the look with you, then every page is built for the web first and the phone second.

No site of ours ships in a template’s default look.
Stop 4 · Behind the scenes
While you look at designs, we lay the groundwork: a private preview link behind a password, automatic checks that run on every change, and made-up data to build and test with.

No real customer details on a laptop, from day one.
Stop 5 · Most of the weeks
Cameron builds what your customers see. Manouk builds what sits behind it. We work through your scope one item at a time, and every change is reviewed before it goes in. Sign-in, payments and anything that touches personal details is reviewed by both of us.

Stop 6 · Before every launch
The last stop before the public sees anything. Seven security checks, a backup restored as a test, and a pass on desktop and phone. If one fails, the launch waits until it is fixed.

Nothing goes live until you say so.
Stop 7 · Launch day
Your site goes live. Every key used during the build is replaced, and your web address, hosting and code are confirmed in your name. For a rebuild, every old page address points to its new home.

Stop 8 · After launch, and optional
Faults are fixed free for 30 days and the first month of care is free. After that, a care plan keeps your site patched, backed up and watched, from $150 a month.
