Need more than a website?

Custom system from $30,000

A web app or internal system that replaces manual work, built around how your business already runs. It starts with a $2,500 discovery, which comes off the build price, and you get a written specification and a fixed quote before any build begins. Live in 8 to 16 weeks.

Prices exclude GST. Your fixed price is confirmed in writing before you pay anything. Timelines count from the day your content arrives. You pay 40% to start and 60% at launch, and custom systems are paid by milestone.

After launch, we keep it running.

A website is software. It can look fine on the surface while the software underneath has a newly found hole, and that is a common way sites get broken into. Care keeps yours patched, backed up and watched. The first month is free with every build. After that a plan is optional, runs month to month, and you can stop at any time.

Essential

$150 a month

For simple sites that rarely change.

  • Security patches. Once a month, to close newly found holes in the software under your site.
  • Backups. A copy saved every day and kept for 30 days, so a mistake or an attack can be undone.
  • Watching. An automatic alert tells us if your site goes down, so you do not hear it first from a customer.
  • Small changes. Up to 30 minutes a month, such as new prices, hours or photos.
  • When something breaks. We reply within 8 business hours.
  • Insight report. Every three months: how many people visited, how many got in touch, and what we suggest.

Standard

$350 a month

For sites with bookings, forms or pages you edit.

  • Security patches. Every two weeks, tried on a copy of your site first so a patch never breaks the live one.
  • Backups. Saved every day, and every three months we check that a backup restores.
  • Watching. An automatic alert if your site goes down, plus a regular scan for known security problems.
  • Small changes. Up to 1.5 hours a month.
  • When something breaks. We reply within 4 business hours.
  • Insight report. Every month: visitors, enquiries and bookings, where they came from, and what to change next.

Plus

from $1,000 a month

For web apps, online stores and connected systems.

  • Security patches. Every week, tried on a copy of your site first.
  • Backups. Kept for 90 days, with a restore check every month.
  • Watching. Alerts for errors, and for payments, bookings or other connected systems that stop working.
  • Small changes. Up to 4 hours a month.
  • When something breaks. We reply within 30 minutes.
  • Insight report. Every month: sales or bookings and where customers drop off, plus a planning call every three months.

Prices exclude GST. The Plus price depends on how much there is to look after, and we quote it in writing. Reply times count in business hours, 9am to 5pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday. Small changes are edits to existing pages; new pages and features are quoted separately. Insight reports use visitor statistics, which we set up at launch. Hosting and web address fees are billed to you directly by the provider, in accounts you own.
